Post Removed front Grille

Today I removed the front grill to paint the camaro lettering. And I find a diamond in the rough. Camaro lettering underneath on the silver body. Oh yes its going to stay this way. I was wondering if anyone knew of where i can get, or how to fill in the gaps where the old grills tabs were. Thanks.

excellent question, i too would like to know. i was thinking of doing a little bondo or something and painting over it with dupli-color. i painted my front gfx piece myself with duplicolor and was amazed at the results, but i'm a little afraid of putting duplicolor on the car itself.

I wouldn't bondo and paint it. That will end up costing you a good chunk of cash in the end, when you could spend 200 on a replacement grill. Plus if any new grill comes out that you suddenly must have, your screwed. We removed my friends grill, painted some grommets we found that fit, and placed them in the holes. You can only see them from 3 feet. The notches are still there, its a temporary solution until the cash for the grill surfaces, but its a whole lot better than the burly stock black grill regardless.
