Rejuvenating/Repainting Black part of 3rd gen bumpers?

Rejuvenating/Repainting Black part of 3rd gen bumpers?

I've used Mothers "Back to Black" on these and it looks good, jsut doesnt last long and then goes back to its dull black look.

Any kinda paint I could use to freshen the look?

The polyurethane bumber covers are painted with standard paint. The same stuff thats on the rest of the body, only with a rubberizer or flex agent added.
Check your local auto paint store.
