Redoing 3rd-Gen Armrests?

The original armrests on my '88 Camaro look fine, but the vinyl has pulled away from the inner shell due to extreme sun exposure. Is there any way to reglue them? I am NOT paying $120 for a new pair. Thanks for any ideas.

Or you could post on the "want to buy" section in here.

I'd like to try to save mine if at all possible. I mean, they're out of a 50,000 mile car, so they were once nice. I just don't want to spend a lot of money if my originals can be saved.
