recovered the headliner 93-02
After all the questions on headliners, i decided i didnt appreciate the cost of a new one, or even one from a salvage yard. 25.00 later and an hour an half of scrapping and its no longer a problem. Damn its a lot easier when the foam is deteriorated and pretty much falls off the board. If this one starts to sag i'm going to just rip it out and have just metal up there. However i, take my advice and dont clean the headliner, it will ruin it.
Well the 3M 77 held the foam from the headliner material to the headliner board, but now the material is sagging off the foam. This is ridiculous. I'm gonna go order a new one from GM. One thing is for certain, this one is going up in flames in my driveway.
i have one and ill give you a great deal on it. around here GM wanted $175 or something crazy
its a hardtop headliner, graphite gray in color. looks absolutly brand new. took it out of my car when i converted it to T-tops

Joe do you still have the headliner? If Fbird95 doesn't want it ill take it.
Right now i dont have a headliner at all. Starter to sag so i took it out. Looks better with no headliner then with a sagging one.

give it To EvilFrog, I need a T-top headliner and in light beige. Supossibly this part is being discontinued by GM and will eventually become hard to find (origional). I located a dealer that will give me one for 145.00. I know i could get it cheaper elsewhere or drive 59 miles each way to Fparts salvage in Bristol. But the Bottom line, I dont care anymore. i just want it fixed now. Anyway i should be able to pick it up in a few days and throw it in there.
evilfrog do you want it? you will be very happy its looks brand new
only downside is it will prob be expensive to ship due to its size, but i work at a garage i will see if they have any hook ups
send me an e mail or somethindg

the salvage yard wouldnt even ship me one. They said it wouldnt even be worth my or their time. Even if i paid shipping. Shipping will be at least 40 bucks, not including the large box you will need. It is an over size item, despite the light weight of it.
on the 3rd page of my webpage i will post it up there, sorry about the delay i just need to get to a scanner and sit down on the comp for a few hours ceck there or if you need any questions answered just send them my way id be glad to help yo out
