Going to re-tint all of my windows and the place where I'm going to get it done told me that they cannot guarantee that the rear window defog would work afterwords because, they explained, that when peeling off the tint the wires might come off too or get damaged. Anyone seen this happen? Are they just trying to cover their butt?

Also, my side windows have many marks, or smudges from rolling up and down and I'm thinking that Zaino would get most, or at least, some of the markings off. My question is, do I have to order Zaino from the internet or can I get it from the local auto parts store (not been to the auto parts store lately, that's why I'm asking)
