Question about stock ground effects on a 98 z28

Question about stock ground effects on a 98 z28
My friend bought a 98 z28 and it came with the factory ground effects that he doesn't like. Are they held by plastic screw caps or tape? So if he removes them will there be holes that will be seen?

yes they are plastic screws and yes there are holes at the bottom they were on my car. THE ONLY WAY TO TELL is to actually crawl under the vehicle and look, nothing thats on the outside that you can see, once again i call dibs if he wants to sell them for a reasonable price, ps what color
