i got my ss hood from there and used the same shocks. i was also wondering if over time the pressure would cause any cracking or warping. it is much harder to close now because of the weight difference

Well I ended up using just 1 because the 2 were just way to strong and the hood was flexing when I went to push it down. The one raises the hood and holds it just fine so I guess I'm gonna leave it that way
