Re: Question about car cover?

If its a custom cover for your model of car and not some one size fits all from some discount store. The custom ones fit the body like a glove with no excess material to flap in the wind.

Re: Question about car cover?

The paint will never rub off but it could get a few swirl marks in it. Make sure the car is clean when you put the cover on and tie it down.

You'll have to pay about $200 at least for a good outdoor custom cover, try covercraft.

Covercraft can cover the seams of a custom cover with flanel so that they don't mar the finish. You don't want a cloth lined cover because it will never dry when it gets wet.
