Wings West used to sell prepainted spoilers and ground effects. They have the SS style spoiler. Might want to check them out. www.wingswest.com

I would have them painted yourself to ensure color matching up.

His car is black. Black is one of the few colors you can 99.9% of the time get away with painting JUST the one panel and have it still look good.

Just a spoiler painted black then cleared... around $100 low end, $200 high end.
