Predator and SLP H.O. hoods the same?

Predator and SLP H.O. hoods the same?
I was looking to get the SLP H.O. hood for my 02 WS6 Ram Air. They are on back order until December. I did some searchin and found the predator hood on ramairhoods.com. Looking at the 2 of them they look very close. Is the SLP the same hood? Also I was wondering if anyone knows if the stock air box can be used with the Predator. I have an SLP lid and Super Sucker Ram Air now and like the combo. I dont want to change to their airbox setup after spending $300 on a lid and SSRA....
