I've done the TA/firebird door panel conversion in my camaro, and the only thing I have left to do is the wiring for to get the power mirror controls to work. I've done some research and found shoebox's wiring schematic for this conversion, but I still have a few questions. It looks like the schematic shows how to wire the two power mirror motors (drive side and pass side) directly to the firebird plug. Are the wires shown coming from the window motor the same wires that go into the stock camaro plug? I also purchased the connecting plug from a firebird so i can plug it directly into the switch panel, so can I just splice the wires from the camaro plug into the firebird plug following the schematic? Are they going to be a 1 for 1 splice (basically the same number of wires just arranged differently on the two plugs with the same wires going into each)?
