Power Locks Conversion?

I want to put an alarm on my car, and I was told you need power locks to have an alarm. So, I found this power locks kit (the only one I could find) here: http://www.commandocaralarms.com/ite...?ProductID=604

I was wondering, if I bought the kit, and then get the panels (that have the locks/windows buttons on it) that go on my doors, could I just hook the kit up to the panel and have power locks? If anybody knows a better way of doing this, I'm open to suggestions.

I'm assuming you have non-power windows.

If so, you don't need to swap out the door panels. You can just pop out the oval shaped area that would normally house the switches. Then swap in the new switches with the oval piece that has the cutouts. Did that make sense?

Then get a little round emblem (like a centercap) to fill in the hole where your window crank was.

lol, I don't NEED power windwos, I NEED poewr locks (PW would be a bonus though)...When I said door panel, I ment the little control panel that has the window switchs, unlock/lock switch and mirror adjustment ****, that little panel, not the entire door panel.
