Possibly my new paint scheme.

Well I'm thinking of going with a two-tone paint scheme on my comp ta this spring. Here's a photoshoped pic of what I'm planning on doing. The only difference is I may throw a set of polished z06 wheels on the car. What you guys think?

Wow, no opinions? Oh well, guess mine's the only one that really matters anyways.

I think it looks sweet. If i would do it, id put another white one down the middle of the black so it looks like two stripes. I like the originality.

that would also sort of simulate the pontiac V logo, in a way, too..

I like it. I would get those aluminum grills for the nostrils, and get the spokes of your wheels powdercoated gunmetal. In fact, I would go for a dark charcoal or gunmetal for the top part of the car, instead of black. Less contrast, and it would look good.

I think itd look great. I agree with mike on the grill inserts for the ram air hood, it would bring out those mean looking "nostrils" those hoods have.

I like it, but wouldn't do it to a Comp T/A due to the rarity.

But if you do end up doing it, I'd paint the entire spoiler black (it looks like the top is black and the bottom is silver in the picture).

I definitely like it, though.

Re: Possibly my new paint scheme.

Well the thing is the car has been in an accident previously so the car's value is less than it would be otherwise. That and one of my best friends has a body shop and if I help with the wet sanding all he would charge me is for paint/supplies. Still not sure though, the rarity is the only thing that's kinda holding me back.

Looks like the Banshee. A dealership ( I believe in Florida ) converted several 93 Firebirds to the Banshee version. Looks good though! We have a couple around here (red/black). I think they made a couple hundred of them.
