Re: possible to bend composite?
This is another "it depends" question. It depends on how bad the dent is.
If it's on the bumper, which is soft, you should have no trouble popping it back out as long as it's not cut. There is also a supporting structure under the bumper that may need to be checked.
If it's on the fender which is harder composit, much like fiberglass, it's going to depend on if it's cracked or not.
You can always try the toilet plunger trick.

well in this picture, you cant really see where it is but if you look at another picture that shows the lines better, you can see what happened. The dent is centered almost exactly where the fender and front bumper meet, right where the line from the headlight comes in...

Re: possible to bend composite?
well thats out of the question, i took the bottom of the fender out, and noticed that the metal(rusted) peice that holds the fender and bumper on bent from it, so im gona take the bumper and fender off and bend it back, and try to get it looking strait...
anyone here ever do that, any advice?
thanks
EDIT: if anyone reads this again, i took a torch to the metal support and bent it striat, the fender went back to position as soon as i un bolted it, put fixed support back on and looks ok, not perfect but unnoticable to the regular noob
