im thinking about buying a early 90's vette is there a way i can do a front end swap to the newer style.

If you mean a C5, well.............no but if you meant the 91+ style, then yes, there are kits you can get

 

i saw a conversion kit like that. it takes a c4 and makes it look a lot like a c5. it replaces the front sidskirts and rear to the shape of the c5 so the doors and roof are the same. i will try to find that again i do know it was expensive though...gl

 

i thought it was a nearly 90s but the scr is a 89. so do u think that they still make these kits for the 89s. is the 89 a c5 or c4. what is the new models called.

 

When I get home I will try and look for this magazine my dad has. He has an 84 Corvette and they have a kit that makes it look a lot like the C5's (new body style). The pic looked pretty good and from what I've heard it looks good in person as well.

 

you can get a kit for your 84-90 vette that will make it look like the91-96 body style. I think it's around $1500
The only difference (exterior) from 84-90 to 91-96 are the bumpers, the black trim, and the side "things"


I also saw a kit that will make it look like a 97-up vette but The C5 vette it's completly different from the C4. So it looks cheap and really bad from the pictures that I saw.
