Please Post pics of your Lowered Camaros

I'm looking to get a lowering kit and not quite sure what it will look like. If you could post pics of your cars and EVERYTHING you did to the suspension to get it to look that way. Brands, parts, names, etc... Also post the inches of drop if you can.

Thanks a lot guys!

Id go with the mac, like stik98 has. They're a good price and give it just the right stance.

My only suggestion is if you want a good spring kit for launches....lowering is a terrible idea, yea it looks bad ***, but harder springs make it alor harder to launch from. My suggestion is a drag launch kit : http://www.lmperformance.com/547/1.html

Only other idea is to get a complete suspension done, lca, relocation brackets, panhard rod, the works, if you get it all done you should still have decent traction and less wheel hop. Good Luck.

Pics in sig. I have the goldline springs. they are 1 3/4 front and back, but mine lowered the front just a little more then the back even with the spoiler for a good stance and great handling.

I have pics on my site... in sig.
The car sits 26.25" on all four corners. That is about 1.5" to 1.75" lower than stock.
I picked up a Lakewood adjustable panhard from Jegs for ~$90 because I was told I would need one... Turns out that I didn't need it, but it's cool to have from a strength standpoint.
I was also told that I must relocate the LCAs or get wheel hop. Well, no wheel hop, no LCA relocation brackets either.
Everything is well, the car rides a little firmer, but handles like it's on rails.
I cut 1 coil off the stock springs. Not including the first half coil which is 'dead coil'.
Total:
Lakewood APHR- ~$90
Spring compresser- ~$40
T-50 socket- ~$7
_______________
$140 installed

Good luck
Dave

I dont think the panhard will help any with wheel hop, the only thing it is meant to do is center the rearend, and helps in left to right movement also. A panhard rod will not help anything in a launch.

Boxed lcas or any for that matter while help prevent wheel hop, but the boxed will help more than a tubular.

Yea, I live about 10 minutes outside of Mt Holly. Off of Hwy 16, in Gaston County, right at Lincoln county line.

I don't know anybody selling one off the top of my head, but we are having a get together of car Enthusiasts meeting in huntersville on Friday. You should drop by, somebody might know. We will have about 30 cars. F-bodies, Cobras, Fox bodies, corvettes, and a few others.
