Did you mean air brushed? As far as I know the flames were stenciled out by hand, then transformed to the other side to make them symmetrical, and then they were painted from the outside (darkest color on the outlines) to the lighest gray. I don't know if that is claisified as "air brushing"? Is spraying paint at like a paint shop called/referred to as "air brushing" ? I thought the guy did an awesome job!
