You can pick up a set of Eagle Alloy 077's pretty cheap, escpecially in the Aluminum 16"s. e-Bay has good prices, along with http://www.eaglewheels.com/ .
I don't know that they make them in 15"s though, so you may have to stick with 16's. Aside from that - I know a guy who tried 15"s and they wouldn't clear the disk on the front - or the rear I think. I'd stay with at least 16"s.
