Heh, taillights, I expected....you either like 'em, or you don't.

But the tailpipes? You don't like the tips themselves? Or...? Do they stick out too far or something? Please, lemme know!

Yeah, I'm not a fan of any altezzas but it would look a lot better with Gen 3 carbon fiber altezzas and it would match the back panel better. I wouldn't have painted the drums red though. That looks pretty bad. Why would you want your drums to stick out? If they were painted black they would look much better. Oh and the exhaust tips do stick out too much. I love the rest of the car though! Sweet!! The back panel with the red lettering looks great as do the wheels. I'm still undecided about those headlight covers but I think they're pretty cool.

 

Yea, I think that they do as well....I have just been too busy/lazy to go back to Midas and have them cut the tips off and put them back on (since they did it in the first place)...


To be honest....I am not sure why I did paint them red, I never really thought about them "sticking out". I guess I just wanted to keep my color scheme going, I have red caliphers in the front and so I just did the drums red as well (and the red does look cool going down the road when the Y2Ks are spinning around it)...

 

I like it except for one thing. I have to agree about the Altezzas. They don't look good on anything IMO. Other than that, nice ride!

Very nice car. Maybe its just me but im not too big a fan of the black piece on the back. I would have gone with blackouts on the back instead of the altezzas. Nice rims too. I like the drums being red. If the rim wasnt so open then it would look a little better but over all I like it. nice job!

 

I think the wheels are sweet and look great on the car, but the tail lights and exhaust tips need to go. The tips look too much like a "ricer" exhaust. I see those style tips a lot on the Jetta's and Sentras.

 

Heh, it seems that the taillights keep getting struck down, heh, oh well....I like em a lot more than the stock taillights. I would buy the ones with the black background or the Gen III ones, but I don't wanna spend any more money on the lights. And I think it might be too much black with the black rear panel and blackouts....

Really? I thought the tips looked a lot like the B & B Triflow Quad Exhaust Tips.....
