Didn't you know? Ford stole the design and set up the tooling to make the wheel themselves. They didn't want to simply pay American Racing for them.

they also must have one punched american racing in the face so hard they forgot they made those wheels first

I always thought the original bullit car had the original TT's.



Modern day Bullit wheels are not the same though.

American Racing makes wheels like them but they are not called TT's.

American Racing only has the TTD's as the chrome version the non chrome they just call TT's. But they also call them TT D's, and the image appears identical.

I realilize the difference between TTII's and TTI's. Point being, the Bullit wheels are made by FORD. Not American Racing. They are a different wheel, with different backspacing, and width.

Bullit Replicas (for Fbodys) are made by OE Concepts IIRC. I'm done with this thread.

Four seperate designs regardless of finish, the bullit wheels are not the original Torque Thrusts. You must be blind if you can't clearly see the difference. Admit being wrong and move on.
