I am considering cutting off my exhaust pipes and using turndowns but I don't want to back of the car to look dumb because there is nothing filling the holes the rear bumper. Anybody got pics of a T/A without tips exiting the rear.

 

i dont have a pic, but i can tell you that it does look very akward without the tips on it.

 

I'll hav to take a few pics. My 4" mufflex uses the stealth tip that is hidden. I think it looks BA!

 

I would have to see the pic before I made a decision. But, thinking about the rear of my own car, I feel that it might look odd. Specifically like something is missing. But again, to each his own and I would have to see the pic.

 

if you could somehow fill the holes for the exhaust to come out the bumper it would look bad. My camaro doesnt have exhaust tips coming out, and also no emblems but in about 2 months itll have a le 383 in it , so im hoping people think its a V6 untill i open the cutout next to them

 

Just get some bondo and fill the cut outs in. lol

 

I went for like 2 months with no tips on my ta and I liked it, I'm thinking about taking my current tips back off.

why dont you just leave the tips/as much pipe as needed/hangers on the back and cut off the pipe--then you would have the noise where you want it, and the tips to boost

 

I would like to see a pic too before I get this custom side pipe job done. (going to have both pipes coming out on passenger side, just because I love the way that looks on cars)
