Yeah I'm not too fond of the stripes but if you like them cool, they aren't gaody or anything just not my taste. In fact the only 4th gen I've seen that I really like the stripes is a SS LS1 navy with silver stripes.

Rims will make that car and for the money the Torque thrust II are pretty SWEET!@!

 

i had plans on buying TT 2's before but i think im going to go with Z06 wheels
I bought the car with the checkers, i like them they are pretty original i just dont like the color of them id like them better in a dark metallic grey
the speedo is mine 35,000kms ago only time i have ever done it but i made sure i had proof (unfortuanatly i kind of blinded myself a little with the flash cause it was so dark in the car, that was the only scary part)

 

I think the stripes might look "okay" if they were really dark, almost black possible ghost so you could barely see them. But then again why have them if you can't see them? I'm dumb.

 

I like everything except the checkered stripes on the hood. Its looking really good man. I'm not gonna bother commenting on the wheels, you already know. Other than that.

 

Nice job with your car. As mentioned several times above, get some wheels next!
