Re: Pics, custom autometer gauge cluster

thanks, Im hoping when I make the mounts everything comes out allright, I got an old dash out of a car that was cracked and I cut that up to make a little work center so I could work on it out of the car, I just got done bracing that up last night, Im not in the mood tonight to work on the last delacate parts of the custom cluster, I need to make tabs and weld them to the back for mounting, I need to be in the right state of mind to do that, I need everything to be right.

Re: Pics, custom autometer gauge cluster

You get a big thumbs up from me, I wanted to do the blue autometer gauges in my blue car. I've got some plans for it as far as some mild performance, but who knows whether they'd ever pan out or not. But back to your gauges, that looks very awesome...I'm still just....well....

I've been thinking about doing this ever since I saw the Sunnoco dash. I only worried about wiring up everything right. I haven't had look with my digital speedo.

Re: Pics, custom autometer gauge cluster

there in. i got everything mounted up and fit, i still need to do some final triming on the carbon fiber a little tweeking to straighten it up in there a little, it needs to go about 3/16s higher on the left side, and paint the metal so it dont rust up behind there but these look Sooooo Good.

and one more pic of my little helper.
