Can someone please create this in photoshop ?

Heres what I'm thinking..On the rear of a camaro with the 93-96 style tailights, can you fill in around the taillights leaving only the white part of the back up lights exposed and the red part of them molded into that rear panel? Understand what I'm wanting? Also if its not too much trouble make it on a red camaro please.
