Every major rain, I can look at the passengerside clear corner and see tons of condinsation and water dripplings inside of it. It's always followed by a blown bulb too!... Whats causing this? I've tightened the bulbs in as best I could yet still somehow water is getting inside?...

 

Happened to me with my clear corners (and a lot of other people too). That's just the way it is, but you can fix this by taking out the clear corner, drilling one or two small holes on the top of the inside housing (not the actual lens) to allow water to evaporate when it does get in. I drilled the holes, and no more condensation.

 

you can do the drill hole fix but before you do, check the rubber surround around the bulb and make sure that it is in good shape and it's sealing well againts the lens
