i am getting ready to paint my 95z. i was thinking midnight blue with silver metalic. i was just wanting some opinions on the blue and any other colors that u think would look good. thanks

Or if you must go blue then do a bright and unusual blue that you never see - I would suggest going to a paint supply store and looking through their aftermarket paint chip catalog's - not a Viper Blue or nothing - but something bright and not stock for any other vehicle. Or just find someone willing to work with you and make your own shade up - just be sure you get the hues and how much of what you use.

 

My car is black so I'm obviously a little partial. I have to say though that there is a 93-96 Z28 rolling around here and it's yellow. It looks REALLY good to me. Check out Brent Frankers car for a very well executed yellow paint job. Corvette Millenium yellow is a good choice. My 85 Firebird is painted 92 Miata Sunburst yellow.

I'm very partial to Electron Blue Metallic right now... like on 2002-3 Corvettes... might be something to think about anyway. Very cool color!

 

i think a really dark metallic blue would look good and still set off the wheels like a black car does.

 

Deep purple metalic, gumetal gray, flame red, metalic green, navy blue metalic, they are my favorites. I would really like to see that gunmetal color on a camaro, that would be unique.

 

like that orange vette above, navy met. blue, electron blue or that red (i dont know the name) they use on the 50th annv. vette..

i really liked that vette but i am not sure how that would look on a camaro. TRILOGYZ28 your camaro looks awsome i really like the wheels. black doesn't look bad i am starting to like it. but i think blue would look good. thanks

i would go with black or electron blue. my car is black so i obviously like it but when i pant it im trying to decide on those to colors i dont know if i just want to go staright black again

is the steal gary pearl the metalic color or the whole color? does nebody have a place on the internet to look at colors? i am 14 and can't drive the z alot yet. my uncle owns a bodyshop and it is hard for me to look at his paintchip books.
