Alright so im going to be picking up a Red Trans Am vert later this week unless something doesnt go as planned, but one of the first things i want to do to it is to paint the lower rear valance flat black. Just like this...



Now how do i go about doing that? Do i get a paint shop to do it for me, or can i do it myself? If i get a shop to do it for me, about how much would it cost me?
