painted and polished my calipers this weekend **pics**

let me know what you think. I will be getting my Y2k's on at the end of the week. so ill have some better quality pics then.

Lookin good, did you use heat resistent paint or powdercoat? That mod is on my list and coming soon.

why can't you?
because the back ones (or front...i can never remember...) are ribbed not flat so theres no where to put a sticker

I used dulicolor 1200* blue and the 500* clear. 4 coats of blue then 2 coats of clear, then the decal, then 3 more coats of clear.

Those looks good. I'll be interested to know how well these hold up over time.

Looks really good. I hear ya on the rotors. My back ones are horrible, but the fronts are nice and brand new . Can't wait to paint my rear calipers to match the fronts...rust doesnt match too well lol.

What did you do to prevent paint from getting in/on the pistons/walls? I'm putting LS1 brakes on my car, and I think I'm going to paint mine as well.
