Finally got some time to do some painting.




Ill post pics tomorrow of the grille back on it once the paint dries.

 

I still think the headlight buckets need to be back too. Awesome color.

No need to paint something thats gonna get covered up.

 

Looks good, but like it was said above, would look better with the racoon eye headlights. Is it just the angle or is the top black? How come no black rear view mirrors?

this part should be black tho...are your custom headlights gonna cover that too?



edit: you should swap out the clear corners for some tinted versions

 

I wont know that untill they are installed.It might not look good if there black.I had tinted corners but i kinda dig the clears for now.I might tint them later on down the road but im gonna rock the clears for a while.They also might look good once the headlights are installed.

 

what kind of headlights are you getting? I don't understand...

 

Im making a custom set of headlights.Fiberglass pods to hold 2 projection beams similiar to what people replace the ugly factory lights with.It will have a clear plastic cover to house everything.Hopefully it will turn out like the new corvette headlights minus the amber light they use in the corner.well see. This is the pic im building them off from. I wont post pics untill im close to being finished.
