Paint scheme idea... what do you think?
Well.. after much debating with myself.. I think I have settled on something I like...
I have a 96 SS, all completly stock exterior and at the moment, it is the original black.
I think it's in need of a new paint job so here what I hand in mind
1) Repaint it black
2)Have the front hood scoop painted burnt orange with the little pin stripe on the outside border of it (I would probably go with vynal instead of paint however it's the 96-97 SS hood which is slightly bigger and shaped differently than the 98+ hood.. so therefore finding someone who has that template has been quite the task...)
3) Maybe follow up the hood scoop with a solid orange stripe down the center on the car... but I'm not to sure yet. I think it might interupt the flow of the rest of the car.
I think thats it... nice and simple as to not over do anything
What do you guys think? Any suggestions and comments would be great too. Thanks a lot

Nope.. Jay doesnt' have the template for the 96-97 SS hood scoop.. I e-mailed him a while back about it and he said that it would be a lot harder to install as well... Not quite sure why... however he doesn't make it.
