Paint for plastic

Sup guys,

I want to make the grille on my scoop red. Nobody makes a red one, only chrome.

My question is, what would be the best paint to use? I don't want it chipping off to where I have to re-paint it once a year. I plan on priming it, painting it red, and them puting some lacquer on it.

Thanks!

Try Dupli-Color... they have plastic paint don't they? And the primer etc... if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks Trevor.

Don't know my paints, and I wasn't sure if there's a special kind you need to get. Basically look for something that says it's for use on plastic, right?

Thanks a ton guys! That's exactly what I was looking for... Something that is meant to be used on plastic.

Now I just gotta check out Sears and Wal-mart.

Thanks again and take care!
