Paint intake lid yellow or silver

As you can tell i have a silver Z and wanted to update the engine bay with some accent color. I chose yellow because there arent that many color combo's that would work good with Silver, unless someone can show me something else that would look good. I wanted to sand down my new lid and paint it too match but wanted some opinions first. Should i paint it yellow or Silver to match the car? Thanks in advance.

Yellow on a silver car?

Not to my taste...

My vote would be for a yellow and silver plaid.

silver can go with a lot of colors. black, chrome, blue, red, marroon, baby blue if you wanted. IMO yellow wouldn't look that good but if you really want to go for it.

Silver. Yellow does not belong on a silver car.

My picture doesn't seem to be working anymore. Check out the website where I found it instead. http://www.boardwalkag.com/car.detai...ir=ASC&id=2445

agreed.. i just need to find a color now that will work good for all aspects for my car. As in, i want to do some engine appearance as well as possible stripes and caliper paint. Anyone seen any colors that work good. I've done red on my other camaro and TA but they were both white with the red and black interior so those went good in my opinion. Never seen red accent on a silver camaro.

Red-orange works well, but black is by far the best IMO.

I originally saw the red-orange previously and liked that but was still unsure about it. The other Camaro actually looks like one of the guys in my area. Thanks for the help with the visuals as well. I'm still undecided since both colors do silver well!

It's a bit much for real life, but I think it makes a nice picture.
