Paint bubbling on roof, I have a question...

I heard of a silent factory recall that would have the roof repainted if this was reported before 100,000 miles however all the dealerships I have told pretty much laughed it off... There is one considering working on it however if I provide OFFICIAL GM Documents, are there any official Documents online in which I could use? The sooner the better because the car is due in to the bodyshop tomorrow anyway (got rearended)...

Here are a couple links from LS1Tech. Link 1.
Link 2.

These should provide all the info you need.

So is this only a problem on the LS1 cars and not the LT1 cars?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think LT1's had this problem as the TSB only says 00 - 02 ...although I have heard of 98's and 99's suffering from the problem... Basically the problem resides with the glue GM decided to use ... said glue gets hot and begins to boil, and forms bubbles in the paint... I think LT1's had a better glue...

Okay basically I have been unsuccessfull, GM says that this is not rust and will not be covered by the rust through warranty... I told them it was a common problem and even showed them the TSB but instead they say that this is a Ultra Violet Ray issue... Multiple dealerships have told me this... Is there anyone I can contact who knows about this problem who can set me up a service date at my local dealership or do I need to use brute force now?
