YOU REPLIED TO ONE OF MY POSTS BEFORE, BUT I DONT THINK YOU SAW THIS, PLEASE HELP ME

thanks alot for the info, i have the same rims as you except they are not white, just the polished. But they wont be on til spring, in wisconsin the winters suck so i will be doing alot to my car over the winter, mostly suspension and body. I plan on body kit and hood, then the rims(which I already have) and some simple engine mods (intake, exhaust, programming) and i want to customize my interior, can you give me some info on your interior. also i want to know how you did you drl's cause they reall remind of when you can see a 5th gen vette coming at you from about a 1/2 mile away during the day, i appreciate the help, but if you dont wanna reveal the secrets of your mods just say so. but thanks alot

also, what shocks did you choose to upgrade to and where can they be purchased

Whatsup Man,
Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. It sounds like you have good plans for your car. I have a complete white leather interior out of a 2000 Camaro. None of my car pics show the completed product because it's still a work in progress. But what I have is 2 seperate interiors. Yes.. all the plastic panels and pieces, sailpanels, kick panels, speaker grills, dash, door panels, a-pillars etc.. this is due to the fact that I went with white for show interior, but want to keep the stock black leather interior for off-season. Plus I gotta admit, I just love the white leather.

What color interior are you planning to go with ? Then I can help you out. What color scheme are you planning on for calipers / emblems / etc.. ? Have you done up any concept photos ?

As far as the DRL's there is no secret. This mod is just a PITA. I tried using the online guides, and they did not apply to my 95Z. They weren't even close. I now have my DRL's wired to my FOG LIGHT switch and have done the 1LE foglight delete (complete with grills). I will have a guide up for this, but not everyone would want it wired to the foglight switch so... I have to write a generic guide. You could try some of the online guides on your 94. I believe brent94z has several links to DRL install guides. And yes, they look just as bright as the vette DRL's.

As far as shocks go I finally decided on bilsteins in the rear, and probably bilstein or KYB AGX adjustables in the front. I NEEEED SHOCKS BAD at this moment. That's why I say make sure to do them all at once. Cuz you will need to add them anyways, might as well do them at the same time. I just couldn't decide, so I waited...

Also, here in the midwest we gotta watch out for those strut mounts. Make sure to budget just in case you can't reuse the stock mounts when you switch shocks/struts/springs.

so is the dash painted white then?
here is my plan for appereance, the eagle 077 (18x8)
with yellow painted calipers. I thought about going red for them but i want something that will really really stick out. I saw it on one other red Z (aircop40, i think was his name) and i absolutly loved it. another question, I have seen some of your photoshop work and it quiet impressive, exaclty how did you do the stuff on that black SS, where you took out the chain, took off the stripes on the roof. i know how to swap rims, but the other stuff i cant get to look right. Over the winter i plan on getting new seats, and wrapping dash peices and the door panels in red. any idea on that? thanks for the help.

Aircops car is badass lookin. That combo is gonna look pretty sweet on your ride also. I personally would also do some concept pictures in red, (maybe with yellow caliper decals or sumthin) just in case (just so that you aren't totally duplicating his color sceme). Also remember that some colors only look good when they are perfectly glossy clean. This includes white, yellow...etc.. white or yellow with some brake dust on them will look faded just sumthin to keep in mind.

Well it's kinda hard to tell you exactly how I do it, but I would say that 90% of that type of editing... the key is all in the feathering/selection tools that you choose. Plus I guess it's fun for me, so it will definately come with experience. Also a optical mouse REALLY helps for freehand selection areas @ 6x zoom. I am using Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7 and Photoshop 6.
