I'm about to buy bulbs to put in my stock housings (97 Z28).

From rallylights.com They are out of stock on the "HL78316 9006 80w Replacement Bulb" that I was going to buy for $10.

Any reason I can't go with the $16 -- "12V 80Watt OPTILUX Xenon XB +100% Bulb"? It's also a 9006.

Is it better? What's the difference. Anyone using them?

The Xenon says 12V, the other doesn't, but surely they are both 12V, not sure why one specifies and one doesn't.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

Never heard of those bulbs though.
