Opinions on these hood stripes?

I found this hood stripe kit on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CAMAR...QQcmdZViewItem

What do you think? Legit? Or just more e-bay crap?

I also found these, they seem to be a better quality, what does everyone think?

Also, if they are worthy to buy, what color should I get, I have a black car and want red racing stripes, which shade would I go with, Germanium Red or Tomato Red.

I personally like the 2nd ones...I think they look tons better. I too have a black car and kindof went with the Tomato Red look. It stands out a bit more. I do not have stripes...but have PONTIAC fill-ins with that color. Be sure to send me pics after you got them on!

They might not have the Tomato Red after all, only the Germanium Red, do you still think it will look good?

I would much rather buy the 2nd rather than the 1st. The 1st one some homemade POS made those and are trying to make money. The color red is up to you, its your car. I would try and e-mail the guy pleading for Tomato Red...its up to you though.

Need something between both. The first is aight, but the 2nd one's pinstripe is too wide. Whichever you go with, make sure to ask about thickness. Anything under 8mm is going to be garbage.

www.3rdgendecals.com Any kind of stripe you could want, and the best product out there. I have used him twice. Got the 35th anny stipes for my 97 Z, and the Manta for the SS, couldn't be happier.

They're good quality, but horrible customer service. Never respond to any emails.
