Ok, well I am replacing my cowl hood with an SS hood in a week or so...the hood is going to need to be painted, so should I go with all teal (the color of my car) or I was also thinking about painting the scoop part silver...what do you guys think of the "two-tone" hoods...maybe someone could photoshop a rough idea for me?

 

go all teal or do the silver scoop with 1 silver stripe down the middle of the whole car

 

Hmm, I may have to try a few things in photoshop to see what I can do, because I would want to see what it looks like first...thanks for the suggestion

 

i think that if you did paint the scoop silver it would not look right unless you continued the stripe all the way down the car. IMHO

Are you any good at photoshop?

If you could, would you put one silver stripe down the center of your whole car with the cowl hood on it? That is what I may do to my car. Since we have the same color car I could get an idea of how it would look. TIA
