Question Once and for all...is the Berger Rear Panel Satin Black?

I've got a Red 1997 Camaro and am highly interested in painting the rear panel. But I want to get the right color. I read everyone saying that the color is flat black, or Satin black, or Semi-gloss black. Which one is it?

I'm looking to get this done within a month, so any input is great.

On the back of the one in GM HighTech this month, it looks like its vinal, and appears to be satin. Not too shiney, but then again it could be a bad pic

Might wanna check out this site, see if you can tell what it is too:http://www.bergerchevy.com/berger2/CamaroSS.htm

It's bumper black. Get it at Autozone or Advance Auto.

The correct term for the color is definitely satin black. I had it done on my white '94Z. Go for it; it'll look great against the red paint.

How do you like it on your white z? Do you have the chrome letters?

I love it; but I haven't gotten the letters yet. I'm having a hard time justifying the $100 price for the RKsport letters. Anybody know where I can get them cheaper?

Satin Black is more of a flat black. My best friend has a berger. It is most definitely not a flat black, its more of a Semi-gloss.

I don't really want it non-glossy, it think that would look weird against my glossy red paint. So Semi-gloss is the way to go?

Hey Hellion, do you have any pics of the panel in Satin-Black?
