ok like topic says i tried to do headlight conversion with the 9006 bulb --- i tried a few days ago and the driver side one is fine but ive been threw 2 bubls now on the pasanger side --- im using 80 watt 7000k bulbs --- --- could it be i something is hitting the bulb or the plug is bad or wut? any help would be much appreciated thank you

 

could you be more specific what happened to the bulbs?

 

the bulbs blow ---- me and my uncle try not to touch the bulb at all --- or have any sealant touch it --- the one on the driver side has been fine now for a week but passanger side keeps blowing ?!?!?!?!

 

Beats me.

Try swapping the driver's side to the passenger and then put in the new one to the driver's side. If the passenger side blows again, you know there is a problem over there.

 

That's strange.... I've had my 80w/100w bulbs in for over a week and they're fine.

 

Wipe em down with alcohol someone probably touched them before you purchased them.

 

hmmm they are all brand new sicne my fammily owns the store we send em back defective --- tried another bulb today it lasted about 3 huors in the car before exploding inside the lens again --- so im gonna get a new lense and try that maybe sum stuff got in the lense or sumtin --- if not ill tyr moving the driver side to passanger side --- ill keep u all up to date
