A guy around here claims that this paint job is a copy of a Baldwin Motion Camaro from the late 60s. Personally, I don't care for the paint job much, but I was curious if others think this claim is BS? If not, does someone have a link to the original?

 

The original Baldwin Motion cars had very thin stripes on the side. All you have to do is Google to find some pics. I don't care for the car above, either.

that paint isnt to bad if their wasnt so much black on the back and he has got to lose that wing!

 

Although some effort was put into it, I don't care for it very much.

I voted fugly. Not because the paint job really bothers me that much, but because besides the paint scheme, he repainted the headlight housing area BODY COLOR instead of black like it was from the factory THERE IS NOTHING I DESPISE MORE THAN THIS

Also note the hood scoop was not properly painted

It's the details...

Lose the wing, seats, and paint the part by the headlights black again, black out the markers, and it would look alright in my opinion.
