Nokya Headlights get too hot??

Just did the sealed headlight mod by replacing the stock lights with Nokya 100 watt Arctic White Stage II bulbs. I'm pretty pleased so far, but I noticed as I was playing around with them that the housing gets pretty hot in only a short period of time. Now, I've never played with my stock lights to compare how hot they got, so this could be normal. But I was just curious if others noticed this and if it ever became an issue.
For install, I used the stock harness (since these lights have an actual rating of 80w) and did not install a 30-amp relay. BTW, if anyone has the 30-amp relay install page somewhere I'd appreciate getting the link. Couldn't find it through the search function.

Thanks for the help.

The stock lights get hot pretty quick. If you're worried just keep an eye out for any melting with the housing.

This is the base URL I've read in the past that discusses wiring and relays etc..

If/when I got to higher wattage bulbs I'll wire it like this guy describes.

Good info. IMO..
