Night Shades

Ive searched around this forum on the night shades stuff, and I think I might want to make a little weekend project out of it. I do have a few questions though. I really have no idea where to get it, they dont sell it any auto parts stores here, is there a web site I could find it?

Also Im really scared about being pulled over for it, or if someone rear ends me and blames it on my tail lights, has this happened to anyone?

Lastly, what is a specific method to put the stuff on? I would like to put it on my tail lights, 3rd brake light, side markers, and if possible the front orange side markers. Any help is appreciated.

Supposedly they are lighter then blackouts. I had blackouts but got rid of them. I want that black out look though cause my car was all black and it look pretty smooth. I was thinking about getting these:

They look black and can still see the lights. I am still debating though.

Yeah they are kinda pricey. But I was looking for a solution without haveing to paint anything and stuff like that. I suck at spray painting lol. I paid like 155 for the halo headlights.
