Newer steering wheel on a 94 T/A

I have a 94 T/A with the radio controls on the steering wheel. I was wondering if it could be replaced with the newer (98+ maybe) style wheel with controls?

YOU KNOW IM WONDERING THE SAME THING.....will they fit my 94 trans am because mine is preety worn.

I too have pondered this but since my airbags are blown i don't know if i should just replace it with aftermarket instead.
