New wheels

Finally got rid of the salad shooters the other day so I had my roommate snap a couple pics in the driveway. Hopefully I will get around to smoking the corner lenses soon.

Quick picture of the cam install last weekend.

Thanks everyone! I wasn't sure how the gunmetal was going to look on my car (I bought the wheels used locally) but I was very pleased once I put them on.

never seen that color combo but nice job with the color choices. Looks good! Don't you wish you could see those sweet looker roller rockers from outside the engine? I hate covering stuff like that up with a set of valve covers.

Ya I was pissed when we had to put the covers on. Somebody needs to make some clear ons, haha.

Sorry to take this off topic, but what is that chain in the front of the engine? Is that what is called the timing chain? I've always wondered where that is.

I threw in a Hotcam. I actually made out really well on everything.

Slightly used free parts-
cam
Crane Gold 1.6 rockers
LT4 valve springs

All I really had to pay for was the timing chain, gaskets, pushrods, and a $75 tune from PCMs For Less. It's going on the dyno next week to make sure everythings good with the tune. If anybodys interested I'll post up what it puts down.
