New "sonoco" style hood

Here are a couple of pictures of a sonoco style bolt-on hood that I had VFN Fiberglass make. They liked the idea so much that they are now offering them for both the LS-1 and LT-1 Camaros. I have the first LT-1 style that they have produced. Quality is top notch as you would expect from them. The fit was incredible...no triming or sanding required whatsoever. Unfortunately, I need to wait about 30 days before I can spray some color on it (due to the curing time that is necessary).

That looks decent as far as cowl hoods go. I'm not fond of them in general.

What makes that one so different than what they offer on their site now?

Is that the 6" version?

The cowl is just the "wide" version?

How much would that hide if the black plastic cowl cover was missing? I would rather not go pin on but that's my plan at this time.
