Very nice, the chrome badges really top off the look of the car.

 

i like that color both pics The chrome logos are nice.

 

what is the before color called

 

idk what the before color was called. It was a tiny bit lighter than I wanted.. but the new color is more purple and a tiny bit darker than I want lol. The new color is HOK kandy cobalt blue.

 

Very nice car and color!!! I just got mine painted to.....feels great dosent it.

 

lol in a way.. there's two spots that are chipped on mine and since it's kandy.. it very well may end up being repainted. I pointed the one chip out right after I saw it after it was wetsanded and buffed. My painter thinks he can buff it out but I'm pretty sure he can't. Then I found the front edge of the door is not good. If it is repainted idk I might just do Corvette lemans blue with more metallic.. I had thought this kandy would be just that but I guess u can't always tell from the tiny samples. I am glad to have it back for now since it was supposed to have been painted a long time ago Something around 11 months ago I took it to the first shop..

 

When I got mine back the edge of one of the doors was chipped and the roof and hood had some small scratches to. THey are telling me they can buff it out to but I dont think so either. It will be going back monday so I guess ill just have to wait and see. Its things that normal people wouldnt notice but im a perfectionist. Either way your car looks great!!! Oh yeah and let me get those tips.......LoL

 

Looks great, is it blue or is it purple?

 

It's both.. it's supposed to be blue and it looks blue in direct sunlight and blue-black at night.. then it looks purple in cloudy/dusk weather. I meant for it to be only blue during the day and blue-black at night lol.

Maro98 -I'm taking my car back there tomorrow for them to try to buff the chips out and align the hood better.. it sux sometimes being a perfectionist with cars lol
