Alot of thanks to Rexcellent for recommending the seats, and helping me when I got stuck on a few places when installing them.

Those seats turned out awesome. Now all you need is some Camaro decals for the calipers and you'll be good to go.

I was thinking that too. Do you use the same decals/stickers that go on the rims?

No, I need to get off my lazy butt and get my LS1 brake assemblies put in first, then I will powdercoat and decal the calipers.

Nice. Seats look awesome! Did you reupholster the stock seats, or go with new seats? I have the same paint scheme on my car and would love to get those exact seats

I sent you the link. They are very high quality, they make the seats feel like brand new.

I redid the stock seats; PM me if you want the link to the site. They are a bit expensive, but way cheaper than getting them done completely custom. They only take about an afternoon or two to install. I would definitely recommend them.

Wow, those seats are GORGEOUS!! If I had a black or red car I would definitely do that.

How much did those covers cost?

Does anyone know if it is also possible to replace the foam padding in the seat?

They cost about $425 after shipping.

Are you talking about the actual foam on the seat, or the stuff on the back of the upholstery?

These seat covers actually come with a nice thick foam pad, much like the stock ones.

Cool. I'm a little worried about them being vinyl though. Are they sticky?

Slightly, but I live in Arizona, so that's kinda expected with anything like leather. They aren't any worse than regular leather though.

It's not like the complete foam, its just a somewhat thin layer of foam on the back of the upholstery. If you take off the stock ones, you'll see what I mean (or maybe you already know). The foam on the new covers is slightly thicker because, obviously, it's new.

My stock drivers seat had a tear in it which messed up some of the seats actual foam. I had some extra foam in my shed, so I took small pieces and filled it in and covered it up with duct tape. If you have tears in your foam you will only make them worse when putting on the new covers, if you don't at least half-*** fix any big tears in the foam.

I'll PM you the link.

What do you guys think about me painting the berger panel black and putting in red C-A-M-A-R-O inserts? It would bring out the red/black scheme even more, but would it be over doing it?
