thanks guys! ^^^ it was a (female dog) getting the stock ones off. BOTH of the screw like things you have to loosen on the bottom ends of the stock heads broke.. lol so i have to basically chisel off the rusted screw to get them off haha it was ridiculous. but thanks again guys i think they look fantastic! (i haven't hooked up the halo's. but im not a HUGE fan of em, so im gona link them to their own switch so i can turn em off and on, as i see fit lol )

BTW you should clear coat your halo's because after a while they start to crack...

Great looking headlights

 

Keep a nice layer of wax on the headlights too- that should slow down the UV yellowing as well that seems so common with aftermarket headlights.

How do they fit? Most aftermarket lights fit like crap (not curved enough and leave a gap in front of them big enough for your fingers to fit through).

For some reason 99% of people who get aftermarket headlights never point out this fact.

 

i mean, they LEAVE A BIT OF A GAP. MINE ACTUALLY FIT PRETTY WELL. whoah sorry caps lock was on lmao. yeah i mean they are aftermarket. i didnt think they were going to fit like OEM, but im gonna restore my OEM ones and put them back on when i get tired of my new ones.

 

I don't pay a lot of attention to aftermarket headlights, but the ones I see that fit the worst are the ones with 3 bulbs in the lamp--probably the most common aftermarket lamps you see. I could fit all of my fingers into the gap between the lamp and the bumper.
