Question new endlinks with lowering springs?

I have heard that different size endlinks may be required when lowering an f-body - 1-5/8 instead of 1-3/4 or something like this - is this true?

I changed my endlinks when I put in the new springs. I got the Energy Suspension Endlinks and they are not expensive. The handling is much improved. When you disconnect your current Endlinks, you will see how much they are worn. Slap some new endlinks in, for less than $30.
