Dunno if I like the no mouth look. I do, however, like the idea of having the foglight holes in the same place as the 98+ cars. Just think of how perfect it would be to have air ramming in right there going straight into your CAI.

My favorite that I have seen yet is the stock '93-'97 front end. :shudder:

That looks like they took a Mecham 4 port extractor hood w/ram air , cut out the center of it (the extractors and ram air) and bonded it to a stock 93-97 hood.. That would be a good idea to do.. I like the Mecham for 98+, but the fit is supposedly crap.. Doing a little body work to add it to the stock 93-97 hood and make it functional (cutting up the stock hood for the ports and ram air) would be extra bad ****.. IMO

LOL...yea after searching around the internet I've come to the same conclusion about the Mecham hood thing. I would love to try something like that on my stock hood, especially since it's just sitting around in my basement right now. (I have a suncoast creations SS style hood on the car) Too bad I don't have the money or the fabricating skillz to pull something like that off. But it would be a pretty sick hood. I don't know if you noticed, but at the end of that post that I put a link to, the guy was saying something like it was a group project and will be availible soon...so maybe he'll start selling them.

That guy is actually a member here too He was the one a while back trying to get the Stella kit back in production (back when you couldn't find the kit anywhere!).

Dude, nice car. Do you have pics or more info on your custom hood? Also...where did you get the pics of that red camaro with the integra style lights? That thing looks crazy. Gotta love the custom work though

Thank you! I haven't got around to posting new pics yet, but they are on there way. The other kits are Japanese designs and like the rest very costly to import.
